We want you to love your Cauxt gear. If something's not right, we'll make it right.

Returns & Exchanges

• Contact us within 30 days of delivery to initiate a return or exchange.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
• Email support@cauxt.com with your order number and reason for return.

Defective or Damaged Items

Received a defective or damaged product? Contact us immediately with photos and we'll send a replacement at no charge.

Refund Process

Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Made-to-Order Note

Because our products are made to order, we cannot accept returns on customized items unless they arrive defective or damaged.
